WI CONCEALED CARRY WEAPONS (CCW) COURSE
In these days of uncertainty, with criminals running wild in our streets, judges who release those criminals back into the streets with little or no punishment, it’s time for you to prepare to protect yourself and your family members. How do you do this?
You start by making yourself aware of the tools available for self-defense. For most people purchasing a firearm is the preferred method of protection. But do you know the rules and guidelines for the proper use and handling of a firearm? The TAC Safety Concealed Carry Course provides you with the knowledge you need to safely handle your chosen firearm. We will instruct you in the rules of firearms safety, and the Wisconsin laws governing the use of deadly force.
Once you have completed our 3-hour course, you will be able to submit your application through the Wisconsin Department of Justice to receive your Wisconsin Concealed Carry permit. Now is the time to prepare yourself. To receive your Wisconsin CCW permit you must be 21 years of age.
*Our Concealed Weapons Carry class meets the requirements set by the State of Wisconsin and enables the person taking the class to qualify for a Wisconsin Concealed Carry permit.
Class instruction includes:
Firearms safety
Equipment for carrying concealed weapons
Pistol and revolver identification
Care and maintenance of your firearm(s)
Deadly Force Requirements
Scenarios to help students identify when the use of deadly force is authorized
Actions to take to help diffuse a possible violent encounter
Actions that should be taken after being involved in the use of deadly force
